Sirius Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level NPI Analyst located in Whitsett, NC to support New Product Introduction and continuous improvement initiatives. The role is hands-on and involves working directly on the production floor, applying Lean Six Sigma tools to resolve quality issues.
Key responsibilities include liaising between engineering and manufacturing, conducting process audits, and leading projects aimed at optimizing production efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess an education in a relevant field and 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
