Shift Supervisor

** What You’ll Be Doing:
*** Ensure safety of all plant personnel, vendors, contractors, and visitors; manage safety and environmental processes to ensure compliance.
* Manage and assist operators with plant equipment and processes to maintain efficient and continuous operations.
* Oversee and assist with equipment preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime.
* Manage shift schedules and coordinate manpower coverage with the Plant Manager and other Shift Supervisors.
* Train new employees on safety, environmental policies, operational processes, preventative maintenance, and housekeeping standards.

* Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
