Power Secure is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to oversee three or more production work centers, driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will guide cross-functional initiatives, mentor staff for forecasted performance, and ensure adherence to Methods of Manufacture and MAIs while partnering with engineering to resolve design issues.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing, leadership experience, and Lean/Six Sigma certification, with ERP proficiency (IFS, SAP, Oracle)
