3rd Shift Weaver Operator

Job Overview

The Weaver Machine Operator will produce first‑quality fabric, documenting all defects and malfunctions on the loom maintenance technician card. The operator is assigned a set of looms to run efficiently, starting looms, repairing yarn breaks, inspecting, flagging looms for defects, and constantly cycling warp alleys.

• Operate assigned looms to produce first‑quality fabric.
• Repair yarn breaks and maintain warp alleys.
• Inspect looms and flag defects, documenting them on the maintenance card.
• Change yarn bobbins and ensure they have identification labels.
• Remove non‑conforming yarn using reject bobbin stickers.
• Communicate openly with other weavers, management, and the technical team.
• Maintain all records in compliance with ISO standards.

• 0–3 years of experience in weaving or a related textile operation.
• Good computer skills.
• Must pass a weaver end draw and splice test.
