Shift: 2nd Mon-Fri 3PM-11PM

Pay: $15 Depending on experience

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining textile production machinery to ensure efficient production, quality standards, and workplace safety are consistently met.

• Operate textile machinery such as looms, knitting, weaving, dyeing, or finishing machines
• Set up machines according to production specifications and work orders
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality
• Inspect finished fabric for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment
• Accurately document production counts, downtime, and material usage
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
• Identify and report mechanical issues or quality concerns promptly

• Previous machine operating experience preferred (textile experience a plus)
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends
