We Pack Logistics is seeking a Line Leader in Maxton, NC to lead the packaging line, ensuring production is fulfilled on time, safely, and efficiently. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of related experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with possible extended hours as needed. The company offers competitive pay ($17–$20/hour), paid time off with holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.
