IFAB Corp. is a leading OEM metal manufacturer serving the transportation, agriculture, construction, and industrial sectors across the Southeast since 1994. With over 600,000 sq. ft. of multi-site manufacturing capacity, we deliver end-to-end metal fabrication, assembly, and coating services including laser cutting, press brake, stamping, welding, tube bending, machining, and powder coating.

The Role

We are seeking a visionary Supply Chain Manager to own the end-to-end flow of materials and services—from raw steel and coil procurement through production scheduling, outside processing, and final delivery. This role is critical to ensuring on-time, cost-effective project execution while building scalable, data-driven supply chain infrastructure to support continued business growth and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement S&OP processes aligning purchasing, production planning, and inventory targets
  • Lead raw material procurement (steel coil, slit coil, sheet) and manage supplier relationships
  • Oversee MRO procurement and outside processing suppliers (plating, heat treat, laser, powder coating)
  • Establish reorder point logic and safety stock models to reduce stockouts and excess inventory
  • Coordinate with production scheduling to ensure material availability aligns with job priorities
  • Leverage ERP systems to improve data integrity and inventory visibility
  • Drive adoption of real-time supply chain visibility tools and AI-driven analytics
  • Partner with operations, engineering, and executive leadership on long-term sourcing strategy
  • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action plans for vendor quality or delivery issues
  • Attend daily production meetings with Project Managers and Shop Leadership
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication
  • Direct experience purchasing steel (flat rolled, coil, slit, or sheet)
  • Familiarity with slitting, sheeting, or metal processing supply chains
  • Proven ability to build or improve S&OP, demand planning, or inventory management processes
  • Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) is a plus
