Power Secure in Durham, NC is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead cells in our on-site operations. You will direct daily production, manage safety, quality, and schedules, and work with Team Leads and Team Members to meet goals.
Responsibilities include reviewing shop orders, ensuring kits and materials are ready, coordinating with planning and engineering to resolve issues quickly, and driving Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
