Power Secure in Durham, NC is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead manufacturing cells, manage safety, quality and schedule, and drive cost control under Lean initiatives. Direct supervision of team leads and team members in assigned cell(s).
Candidates should have a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), 2+ years in manufacturing and 1+ year of leadership, plus experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or IFS) and reading technical drawings.
