We're looking for motivated individuals who are interested in developing manufacturing and equipment operation skills while helping create products enjoyed by fans around the world. Full-Time | Onsite

• Operate slitting equipment to produce high-quality trading card products.
• Set up jobs and equipment according to production specifications.
• Monitor product quality and perform inspections throughout production runs.
• Troubleshoot routine machine issues and make basic operational adjustments.
• Accurately record production information and performance metrics.
• Communicate job status and production updates with team members and leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, production, industrial, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience working with technical equipment is a plus.
• ISO 9001 experience is desirable but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience using electronic systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Help produce premium trading card products that meet customer expectations and industry-leading quality standards.

Follow safety protocols and quality procedures while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Actively learn new skills, improve processes, and contribute to operational efficiency.

Work collaboratively with teammates and leadership to achieve department goals.
