Novartis Gene Therapies in Durham, NC is seeking a Bioprocess Engineer who will be hands-on in fill-finish, inspection, packaging and media preparation. The role requires working on a rotating 2-2-3 night shift (5:45 pm – 6:15 am) and maintaining aseptic manufacturing discipline across production lines.
You will collaborate with Operations and Quality, troubleshoot real-time issues, complete documentation, and support deviation investigations in a regulated environment.
