Power Secure, a Southern Company subsidiary, conducts inspections and functional testing on manufactured generator systems to ensure adherence to electrical codes and safety before energization on-site at the manufacturing plant. This role requires NFPA 70E certification (which Power Secure may provide if needed), the ability to interpret manuals and safety rules, and precise documentation of test results.
