Symmetrix Composite Tooling is actively looking to hire experienced composite technicians
Location: Statesville, North Carolina
Job Availability: Immediate
Job Term: Full-time / Part-time
Job Description: Composite Technician
The successful applicant should have basic work skills in a composites manufacturing environment, with experience in several of the following skill-sets;
- hand lay-up laminating with polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resins
- Vacuum bagging and resin infusion
- Patching and repairing gel coat
- Sanding and fairing
- Buffing and polishing
- Prep and painting (spraying experience a plus, not required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Hand tools proficiency
- Execute verbal and written instructions
- Reliable, motivated team player
