You will oversee one rotating 12‑hour shift (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am), leading Team Leaders and ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time production. Responsibilities include staffing, execution of plans, and adherence to ISO EMS guidelines.
You will foster a high‑performance culture, manage incident investigations, and ensure compliance with plant procedures while aligning with customer needs.
