Assembler III

The Assembler III independently builds, tests, troubleshoots, and integrates complex subassemblies and machine systems for the Inspect
Rx2 production line. This role serves as a technical resource, supports process improvements, and assists with training team members while ensuring quality, safety, and production requirements are met.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Build and test complex subassemblies per Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs).
- Integrate subassemblies into machine frames and perform system verification.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical assembly issues.
- Install, modify, and route cables and wiring.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
- Maintain production and quality documentation.
- Assist with training and mentoring assemblers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4-6 years of manufacturing, electromechanical assembly, or related experience.
- Experience reading technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting, wiring, and assembly skills.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions:
- Manufacturing environment requiring frequent standing, bending, and lifting.
- Exposure to production equipment and machinery.

- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Support production schedules and department goals.
