Kymera International is seeking a Melt Manager to lead the Melt Department as a business partner to the Operations Manager. You will develop and manage labor, drive safety, quality and lean initiatives, and ensure manufacturing results align with schedules, customer requirements and business plans.
You will mentor supervisors, oversee OEE reporting, manage training programs, and coordinate with maintenance, production and QA to uphold safety and compliance with environmental and quality systems.
