You will collaborate to ensure designs are manufacturable and layouts are efficient, promoting a lean culture and addressing bottlenecks on the shop floor.
The role requires strong problem-solving, hands-on shop-floor experience, and proficiency with CAD, ERP (IFS preferred), and data analysis to drive material flow and process
