Composite Factory is seeking a Demold Technician to safely remove composite components from molds and bags while preserving product integrity. You will use hand and power tools, manage resin removal, and apply release systems following established manufacturing practices.
This role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while keeping a clean, compliant workspace. ITAR compliance is required for eligibility.
