Overview:

The client is looking for a Senior Operational Excellence Engineer with 4-5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence
. The person will lead Lean initiatives, improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, increase productivity, and coach teams on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering

  • Monitor project savings and sustainability.
  • Maintain visual management boards.
  • Work with Operations, Engineering, Production, and Finance teams.
