Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder

The Product Folder is responsible for folding customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. Product Folders are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area. This position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure; production standards must be met or exceeded, and additional compensation is tied to exceeding those standards.

• Fold garments, linens, and bulk product manually or using a garment folding machine.
• Count folded product and package bundles for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Adhere to attendance policy.
• Willing to work in a safe proximity to others, in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.

• Requires standing for most of shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station.
