Power Secure is seeking a Lead Production Scheduler to strategically plan and maintain the Shop Floor Schedule (SFS), optimizing production efficiency and on-time delivery. You will guide a small team, balance capacity, and incorporate material availability into scheduling decisions.
You’ll work closely with production managers and leaders to forecast demand, drive improvements, and ensure scheduling accuracy across the shop floor in an engineer-to-order environment.
