Kennametal Inc. in Henderson, NC is hiring a manufacturing operator for a 12‑hour swing shift. The schedule: two weeks on 1st shift (7am–7pm) and two weeks on 3rd shift (7pm–7am), totaling 14 scheduled days per month with every other weekend off.
You will charge, sample, and discharge ball mills, handle feed materials, spray drying, perform housekeeping, collect samples for lab, enter data, and help enforce EHS and quality procedures.
