As an Event Coordinator at Amplify, you’ll be responsible for helping plan, organize, and execute live brand activations, promotional events, and experiential campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves bringing ideas to life.
What You’ll Do- Coordinate logistics for live events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns
- Support on-site execution to ensure seamless guest and brand experiences
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and campaign teams
- Manage timelines, materials, and event setup/breakdown
- Represent clients professionally during events
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
- Comfortable engaging with people in live environments
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Event, hospitality, or marketing experience is a plus (not required)
- Hands-on experience in experiential marketing
- Leadership exposure and growth opportunities
- A clear path toward campaign management roles
