Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist is the connective tissue of the Sennos marketing team — coordinating across contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep marketing projects, events, and vendor relationships running smoothly and on time. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, this role operates in a fast‑moving environment where priorities shift quickly, and strong organizational instincts are essential. The right person is a self‑starter who brings structure without creating bureaucracy, flags risks before they become delays, and takes pride in making complex, multi‑threaded work look easy.

Responsibilities
Project Management
  • Own internal marketing documentation — including Confluence pages, run‑of‑show docs, event wikis, and campaign planning resources — keeping timelines, ownership, and deliverables visible and unblocked
  • Coordinate cross‑functional marketing initiatives from kickoff through completion, flagging risks before they become delays
Events Management
  • Manage logistics and timelines for trade shows and industry events
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders before, during, and after each event
  • Source and submit speaking and conference proposals: abstracts, moderator coordination, and deck deadlines
  • Manage physical event inventory to ensure adequate stock ahead of each event
  • Manage webinar logistics, including project coordination and social media promotion
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors — including design, web development, media/paid vendors, and content contractors — to ensure on‑time delivery
  • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for contractor logistics and scheduling
  • Manage company swag: sourcing, inventory, and fulfillment for events and team needs
  • Coordinate customer onboarding and milestone swag programs in partnership with CEM and Sales
  • Manage the social media contractor relationship, coordinating content calendar, posting cadence, and campaign alignment
Content & Sales Enablement Support
  • Coordinate production of sales enablement assets, gated content, and case studies across contractors and internal stakeholders
  • Manage email campaign production and trade ad submissions, coordinating with trade publication partners
Stakeholder Communication
  • Gather requirements from Sales and other departments and translate them into logistics and execution plans
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day stakeholder communications across the organization
Required Qualifications

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered
Experience:
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience with a B2B marketing background preferred
  • Solid project management skills with experience running multiple concurrent projects and vendor coordination
  • Experience managing logistics for trade shows, conferences, or industry events
