This position is well suited for both experienced NPs and new graduates
. Providers are supported by onsite specialty services, modern facilities, and a collaborative care model that prioritizes quality, continuity, and patient relationships.

• Provide outpatient primary care and urgent care services
• Perform evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Manage chronic conditions and acute visits
• Communicate test results and care plans clearly to patients
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care
• Document visits accurately in the EMR

• FNP or AGNP certification
• New graduates welcome with training and support provided
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
• Salary range of $115,000 to $200,000 plus productivity bonus 💸
