DCT). This high‑acuity, fast‑paced unit provides exceptional care to patients throughout the entire transplant journey, from pre‑transplant evaluation through post‑transplant recovery and readmissions.

Our 37‑bed unit specializes in caring for patients with complex diagnoses, including:

* Liver Transplant (Pre & Post)

* Kidney Transplant

* Pancreas Transplant

* Small Bowel Transplant

* Hand Transplant

What You'll Do | RN

Role Overview

As a Clinical Nurse (RN) at Duke University Health System, you will provide professional nursing care aligned with medical and nursing plans of care, Duke policies, and North Carolina Board of Nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, provide, and document patient care using the nursing process

* Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

* Delegate and supervise licensed and unlicensed care team members
