Position
Description:
RN- NICU
The Registered Nurse works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for professional accountability and development.
- Collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care.
- Organizes, prioritizes, and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others.
- Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment.

- At least 1 year of RN NICU experience
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
