Director, Inpatient Nursing Services; RN

Nealy Pierce is partnering with a stable, well respected non-profit community hospital in North Carolina to identify a Director, Inpatient Nursing Services (RN).

This role will:

• Provide full leadership oversight of Med/Surg/PCU units
• Manage a team of 160 FTE's
• Be well supported by a team of Nurse Managers and Clinical Coordinators
• Lead key operational initiatives tied to staffing, engagement, and patient experience

This is an excellent opportunity for either:

• A current Director seeking greater autonomy OR
• An experienced Nurse Manager from a larger hospital environment ready to step into a Director-level role

• Annual base salary up to $155k (DOE) + Director level bonus incentive up to 10%

• RN required State of NC
• BSN required;
  Master’s preferred
• Acute care nursing leadership experience required
• Med/Surg leadership background required
