Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Carver Living Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate LPN or RN Nurse Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys leading others, providing exceptional resident care, and making a positive impact in a skilled nursing environment.
As the Nurse Supervisor, you'll oversee evening clinical operations, support and mentor nursing staff, and help ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications, complete assessments, provide wound care, and maintain accurate documentation
- Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff and Certified Nursing Assistants
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and family members
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and survey readiness initiatives
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
- Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of one year of long-term care experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and lead in a fast-paced environment
