• Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component – Aveanna may assist in obtaining the requirement after hire.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
