Overview
Transylvania Regional Hospital seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support safe, patient-centered care in our community hospital. This role coordinates nursing workflows, serves as a clinical resource, and supports quality, safety, and documentation standards. The Coordinator facilitates patient flow, mentors staff, and collaborates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. In our patient-first, close-knit culture, you’ll deliver high-impact, compassionate care while leveraging Mission Health and HCA resources for ongoing professional growth and quality improvement.
Responsibilities- Coordinate nursing workflows and patient care delivery within the unit to support safe, patient-centered care.
- Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff and an integral member of the interdisciplinary team.
- Support quality, safety, and documentation standards and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
- Facilitate patient flow and mentoring of staff.
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the care team to ensure coordinated care.
