Travel Triage call Center RN This position is needed to manage an average of 90 calls and 170 in basket messages received daily. RN will answer live calls approx. 120-150/day and responds to in basket messages and refills. HARDSTOP Required skills and experience - Must be able to type 40 WPM, 2 years of recent Telephone Triage experience. Required Certs: BLS Required charting experience: EPIC Schedule - 8a-4:30p, Monday-Friday, ON SITE at call center Weekend REQ:
No Floating:
Will float to Rheumatology triage Local Rate: less – considered within 75 miles Local OK:
