Description:

Snap Care seeks a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients, contributing to care planning, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid, unencumbered LPN license
• One year of LPN experience preferred
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication and judgment skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff
• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders
