Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to deliver in-home care for patients in a per diem capacity. You will work within Evernorth Health Services to provide skilled infusion services in patients’ homes and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, effective treatments.
The role requires an active RN license, 2+ years of RN experience (1 year in critical care, acute care, or home health), and strong IV/infusion skills.
