• A dedicated Veteran-focused clinical program in northern North Carolina is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform structured Compensation and Pension (C&P) examinations for military Veterans. The provider will complete non-treatment disability evaluations, review medical histories, and document findings electronically through standardized federal examination tools. Responsibilities include conducting one-time assessments, submitting Disability Benefits Questionnaires within required time frames, and supporting high-volume sites serving large Veteran populations;

• Experience in primary care or related clinical evaluation settings
• Experience conducting structured medical assessments or disability-focused exams
• Master's degree in nursing (NP) or completion of an accredited PA program
• Active North Carolina NP or PA license or eligibility
• Active, unrestricted DEA registration
• Strong computer skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
