Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking an RN for the CTICU. The unit is 20 beds with high-acuity patient care including ECMO/VAD, birth to late adulthood, and 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios.
We offer a 36-hour work week with rotating days and nights every six weeks, weekend and holiday rotation, and a $10k signing bonus for external candidates with critical care RN experience and a 24-month commitment. Orientation yields a $2.00/hr increase upon completion.
