Description:
Targeted start date is October 5, 2026.The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience and pediatric experience is required.
The following certifications must be in-hand: BLS, PALS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC), APHON.Skill set includes:
- Accessing and managing ports
- Administration of chemotherapy, blood products, and bone marrow
- Patient education and support
- Recognizing and managing side effects
- Care coordination and teamwork in a pediatric oncology setting
- Management of central lines, PICC lines, and chest tubes
- Usage of infusion pumps and PCA pump management
- Knowledge of alterations in skin and mucous membranes
- Implementation of precautions for neutropenic patients
This role involves caring for a unique and complex patient population, including stem cell transplant recipients and pediatric oncology patients with high-risk conditions.

Flexibility to work every other weekend is required.
Candidate must maintain responsiveness and meet compliance deadlines throughout the contract duration.
