Role:
Clinical Nurse (RN) in a patient-centered, fast-paced healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:Provide direct and indirect nursing care, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Deliver advanced and specialized care guided by professional standards, participate in clinical initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote high-quality care and customer service.
Qualifications & Skills:- Minimum of 1+ years of clinical nursing experience; previous emergency or critical care experience preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Diploma); BSN enrollment required if applicable.
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina; BLS certification required.
- Professional certification is a plus.
Supervise nursing care, participate in departmental activities, and adhere to all regulatory guidelines. Commit to ongoing education and professional development, including BSN completion if needed. Contribute to a respectful, collaborative environment while providing exceptional patient care.
