• Day Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Full-Time & Part-Time

• Every Other Weekend Required

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time LPNs – Paid Over the First Year

• Provide direct nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments

• Complete assessments and documentation

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition

• Provide wound care as ordered

• Supervise and support CNAs

• Collaborate with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams
