Our client, a leader in healthcare innovation, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Research & Development department supporting medical device testing and development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Assist in completing test procedures and operating laboratory equipment with minimal supervision

Utilize laboratory tools such as weighing balances, pH meters, and tensile testers for formulation characterization

Prepare and pack medical devices for stability assessments

Communicate test results verbally and through detailed reports and presentations

Support occasional work with biological specimens for lab-scale testing and assist with various projects as needed

Experience with basic laboratory techniques and equipment operation

Ability to learn new experimental tools and techniques quickly

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording measurements

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment on-site
