Quality Lab Technician Lead Floater

Responsibilities:

• Testing and analysis:
  Perform standard testing on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and R&D material testing as requested.
• Data management:
  Record, interpret, and report test results accurately in the quality data system.
• Quality assurance:
  Follow established SOPs to ensure the validity of test results and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• ISO 9001 compliance:
  Assist in ensuring the lab operates in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and support internal and external audits.
• Problem-solving:
  Identify out-of-specification results, participate in root cause analysis, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Documentation:
  Prepare and maintain accurate records and ensure accurate release of product.
• Work with Cross functional Teams to focus quality efforts, identify root cause, corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and 2 years of equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
• Ability to interpret and analyze technical data.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
