Full‑time Exempt W‑2, no overtime pay basis, Technical Element located at Fort Bragg, NC across the Mid‑Atlantic Region supporting Soldier readiness and the Army Family well‑being.

Job Overview

Provide services and support as a Regulatory Compliance (Compliance and Quality Assurance Specialist) in the DOD/Military Industry Sector focusing on Program / Project Management Solutions for the Department of the Army (DOA) and Fort Bragg Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP).

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct CARAT inspections and monitor corrective actions.
  • Track SOP adherence, ICE feedback, and training metrics.
  • Prepare quality assurance addendums for MSR.
Desired Qualifications
  • QA or compliance background, preferably in military programs.
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Quality Assurance, Social Work, or Administration.
  • 3+ years of QA or program auditing experience.
Ancillary Details of the Roles
  • Reviews training documentation with Educator.
  • Works with Admin and Data Analyst for MSR compliance.

  • Central figure in class documentation validation.
