Quality Assurance

Partnerships between Adecco and our local Customers always give great benefits! While working as a QA Trainer for Adecco at our local Customer, you will earn $18.50/hour and receive a weekly paycheck.

Primary responsibilities include:

+ Conduct talent assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the Quality Assurance (QA) team.

+ Facilitate training sessions through coaching, workshops, job shadowing, mentoring, and onboarding activities.

+ Perform audits to evaluate employee knowledge, document performance gaps, and communicate findings to team members.

+ Collaborate with leadership and team members to improve training programs while ensuring compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and ISO requirements.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in training, quality assurance, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or a related field.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, email systems, and management information systems (MIS).

+ Strong communication, organizational, customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the scheduled shift.
