We are seeking a hands‑on Failure Analysis Technician to support the troubleshooting, repair, and root cause analysis of electronic hardware. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in component‑level debugging, PCB troubleshooting, and electronics testing who enjoy working closely with engineering teams to resolve complex hardware issues and improve product reliability.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic hardware at the component level.
• Perform root cause analysis using schematics, test logs, and electronic test equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Utilize tools such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, logic analyzers, and microscopes for hardware debugging and failure analysis.
• Perform PCB inspection, soldering, rework, cable and harness testing, and connector repairs.
• Monitor reliability testing and investigate hardware failures to identify corrective actions.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, quality, manufacturing, and reliability engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Assist with test station setup, prototype builds, fixtures, and engineering validation activities.
• Document troubleshooting procedures, repair activities, and technical findings while following established SOPs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic assemblies or PCBAs.
• Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, and schematics.
• Hands‑on experience with oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, logic analyzers, and other electronic test equipment.
• Experience with component‑level troubleshooting, soldering, PCB inspection, and cable/harness testing.
• Familiarity with computer hardware such as CPUs, memory, NICs, and motherboards is preferred.
• Ability to analyze test logs, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Strong problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
