Quality Technician
The Quality Technician is responsible for supporting the organization's quality programs by inspecting products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional inspections using appropriate measuring and testing equipment.
- Record inspection testing results accurately and maintain quality documentation and records.
- Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials, products, and processes.
- Assist in root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action activities.
- Support quality audits, process validations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review production processes and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Monitor compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and safety standards.
- Communicate quality concerns and inspection findings to production and management teams.
- Assist in developing and maintaining quality reports, metrics, and other data.
- Follow DECI policies, procedures, and quality management system requirements to maintain both alignment and compliance with ISO-9001.
- Maintain organized quality records and files in accordance with retention requirements.
- Assist with customer quality requests and documentation as needed.
- Fill in as supervisor as directed by the Director of Operations.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- High school graduate or equivalent; additional training, certification, or coursework in Quality Assurance or related field preferred.
- Minimum one year of quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or related field experience preferred.
- Familiarity with quality systems and inspection procedures is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality control, inspection methods, and documentation practices.
