* Work with cross-functional teams to implement and verify improvement actions.
* Assist with the collection, organization, and analysis of data.
* Support investigations of customer complaints, nonconforming material, and production quality issues. Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions activities.
* Help identify trends in scrap, defect, rework and other quality indicators.#
Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
* Comfortable in an office and manufacturing environment
* Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
