Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager II to own quality on a capital project from the owner's side. You will write the project quality plan, set surveillance and audit programs, and qualify vendors and inspection subcontractors.
You report quality performance to the project manager and the owner's quality organization, ensuring record readiness for turnover. You will also own nonconformance, CAPA, and lessons-learned processes, and drive quality metrics and risk reporting
