Job Description & How to Apply Below

Altis Biosystems provides human derived cell based pre-clinical testing services and products for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets. The core technology, Repli Gut, features a layer of human intestinal stem and differentiated cells – either of the large or small intestine – that can be used for compound screening, disease modeling, and microbiome research. The platform can be used to study many aspects of drug disposition including toxicity, metabolism, drug absorption, and efficacy.

Our customers consist primarily of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies looking for a GI based pre‑clinical drug screening platform that replicates the human body’s native biology compared to other testing methods such as animal testing or cell lines.

Altis is looking to expand upon the successful initial commercialization of the technology in 2018.

Altis maintains a robust R&D effort dedicated to establishing cutting‑edge experimental systems to interrogate disease pathophysiology and broadly support commercial development of our core technology.
