Essential Responsibilities
- Organizing and providing oversight to internal and external meetings including project meetings, forums/workshops, and conferences
- Develop, write, and edit scientific and technical documents, including workshop reports and scientific manuscripts for publication
- Identification, collection and organization of all available information on alternative toxicological assays including literature and internet searches of public access databases
- Evaluation of statistical data
- Presenting information in public forums
- Providing support to commercial safety assessment projects
- Technical writing and editing
- Work in a team environment with a professional and positive attitude
- Other duties as needed

Education:
- B.S. in a related scientific field (preferably toxicology)
- M.S. in a related scientific field (preferably toxicology)
Experience:
- 4+ years in scientific writing and editing (preferably toxicology)
- 1+ years in scientific writing and editing (preferably toxicology)
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong, proven technical writing and editing skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Function well independently or in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Aptitude or willingness to learn basic coding (such as R or Python) for data organization and pipeline automation.
