** Essential Responsibilities*
* · Organizing and providing oversight to internal and external meetings including project meetings, forums/workshops, and conferences
· Develop, write, and edit scientific and technical documents, including workshop reports and scientific manuscripts for publication
· Identification, collection and organization of all available information on alternative toxicological assays including literature and internet searches of public access databases
· Evaluation of statistical data
· Presenting information in public forums
· Providing support to commercial safety assessment projects
** Additional Responsibilities*
* · Technical writing and editing
· Work in a team environment with a professional and positive attitude

** Minimum Acceptable Qualifications

* Education:

1.
B.S. in a related scientific field (preferably toxicology)2.
M.S. in a related scientific field (preferably toxicology)

Experience:

1.
4+ years in scientific writing and editing (preferably toxicology)2.
1+ years in scientific writing and editing (preferably toxicology)

Skills:

o   Excellent organizational skills.o   Strong, proven technical writing and editing skills.o   Ability to exercise independent judgmento   Function well independently or in a team environment.o   Excellent communication skills.o   Computer skills with MS Word/Excel/PowerPointo   Aptitude or willingness to learn basic coding (such as R or Python) for data organization and pipeline automation
